• To respond to enquiries and provide photography services.

• To maintain business records (contracts, invoices, tax).

• With your consent, to share selected images on my website, blog, or social media for portfolio and marketing purposes.

• Client data is stored securely in password-protected systems and devices.

• Images are stored on secure hard drives and/or encrypted cloud services.

• I do not sell or share your personal data.

How Long I Keep Data

• Contracts and invoices: 7 years (legal requirement).
