Emma & Jay both live in England, but their Scottish heritage is strong, and they love it up here!
They were having a small wedding at the City Chambers then going to the pub…my kind of people! We did a half day (4 hours) which included getting ready, pre-wedding drink, the ceremony and some photos after.
Photographing any wedding is an honour, but when they are this small and intimate, it’s just a joy 
I absolutely loved every second of this wedding, I’ve never witnessed a ceremony so full of love & fun! I laughed a lot and I may have cried too

Barbara won a voucher for family photographs that I had donated for a local charity night (Lucky Barbara! 
) and she met me down at Roukenglen park one sunny day with her lovely family!
) and she met me down at Roukenglen park one sunny day with her lovely family!Although this is a very busy little park, I know some super quiet and secret little nooks, so camera-shy dad was way more comfortable! During sessions with little children, I tend to let them take the lead, and we go on dinosaur hunts, ride tree horses and play games!
The boys were brilliant (and mum & dad too!) and with a teeeeeny bit of bribery, we got some shots that mum was really happy with!

Catriona’s mum asked me to go along to the pre-drinks party at their house before the Leavers Prom, to capture the kids in all their finery!
Well, I can categorically say that I never looked like this when I graduated high school 
Thankfully the weather played ball! The Rainbow dress shot made me sweat, but it was so worth it!
